Off Site Estate Sales - The Estate Sale Shoppe

The Estate Sale Shoppe may be the answer if circumstances do not favor an estate sale in your house. These circumstances include the faster-than-expected sale of the house, a smaller estate or just the fact that you don’t want hordes of people walking through your house. We are proud to offer The Estate Sale Shoppe as a solution. We are the only company that offers this opportunity. We bring your estate to Shoppe and sell everything there. While items may sit in the Shoppe for a couple of months, everything will go through an estate sale. You will receive a check each month for which items sell and a final check when the estate sale occurs. Items that do not sell will be donated, and you can get a donation form. Please contact us for a complimentary question and answer session and an analysis of your estate to determine if this option is best for you.

We offer an additional option to purchase either items of interest or the whole estate. In such cases we proceed by:

1. Their team will asses the contents of the house or the items you wish to sell. This analysis will identify all items with resale potential and aid in determining the purchase value of the estate or specific items.
2. Their team will assess the labor cost for content removal. This cost is dependent on a variety of factors and will be discussed if you have any questions.
3. The offer will be based on how the numbers above balance out. If the value of the contents exceed the cost of removal, an offer will be made to purchase the estate, less the cost of removal. If the value of removal exceeds the value of the contents, a service fee for removal will be given, less the purchase value. If the removal cost equals the value of the estate, an offer to “trade out”, removal cost for the items and no money changes hands. If a complete clean out is not required, we are always happy to tender cash for items of interest. Wedo not assess labor costs for packing and removing items we purchase.
